Conference: Can Decentralization Help Rebuild Indonesia

The conference Can Decentralization Help Rebuild Indonesia? was held on May 2-3, 2002, in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The conference -sponsored by the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies- brought together senior Indonesian policy makers and government officials with leading public policy experts from around the globe.

The revised papers from this conference were published in a book in 2004, Reforming Intergovernmental Fiscal Relations And The Rebuilding Of Indonesia The ‘Big Bang’ Program and its Economic Consequences, which is available from Edgar Elgar Publishing.
