Jan Werner

Jan Werner is a visiting scholar at the International Studies Program of the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at September 2003. He works as a Research Assistant at the Chair of Public Finance (Professor Paul Bernd Spahn) at the University of Frankfurt in Germany. He holds a Master of Economics (2001) and works as a scientific employee at the European Parliament and the Lower House of German Parliament. He is a Lecturer at the European Academy for Financial Planning in Bad Homburg, Germany. His current research focused on fiscal federalism and local taxation in Europe.
