Dr. Keqing Zhou was a visiting scholar from China from September 2006 to February 2007. He was born in Sichuan ( China ) in 1972. He got his bachelor of economics in 1996, and his Ph.D in Economics in 2004, both at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE), China. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Finance and Taxation at SWUFE. His research fields are fiscal federalism, fiscal decentralization, tax competition, public expenditure, public transfers and governmental revenue.
