Dr. Mary Beth Walker is an experienced econometrician who has designed and developed numerous forecasting statistical packages in support for SPS projects. She has worked closely with government officials in Jamaica, Russia and Guatemala, where she developed data bases and customized statistical analysis software in support of revenue forecasting and microsimulation models developed for national, provincial and local tax services and finance agencies.
